What is the return and exchange policy?
 
Here at Tickled Pink Tots our number one goal is to make sure you love what you have ordered. We have taken great pride in selecting merchandise that is unique, beautiful, and on the forefront of the fashion world. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you may return it within 30 days of the original purchase date and we will gladly issue a credit card refund for the full cost (minus shipping and handling) of the unwashed, unworn, or defective merchandise. The merchandise must be returned in its original condition. Shipping charges will only be refunded if we’ve sent the wrong item or if the item is defective.
 
 
Returning an item:
1. Please fill out the "Return Form" that was included. If possible, please include the sales receipt as well.
2. If you have a moment, please provide a brief explanation of the reason for your return. It'll help to ensure that we are providing you with the best customer service possible.
3. Securely package the item(s).
4. Ship the package via USPS, UPS or insured parcel post to the following address:

Returns will be handled promptly. Look for a credit card refund to appear on your next billing statement.
 
Exchanging an Item:
1.  Simply follow the return instructions above.
2.  Go to our site, www.tickledpinktots.com and order the item(s) in the size you prefer.  We do our exchanges in this manner so that as the customer, you know right away if the item you want to exchange is available in the size you are going to need.
