What size is the right size?
It is our goal to help you get the best fit for your new baby. Below you will find a general size chart that should cover most of your needs. However, due to variations between brands, the fit may vary slightly.
The best indicator of fit is generally height rather than weight. If you are not sure about which size to order, the safest bet is to order one size up. One thing is certain, babies grow fast!

Giggle Moon: Tends to run true to size BUT if you are debating between two sizes we recommend going with the larger size
Ooh! La, La! Couture: Tends to run true to size and has a lot of stretch to it
Have I completed the sales process yet or do I have something more to do?
Wondering if you completed the credit card process or if there is something else you need to do? Once your order is complete and submitted to us, a message will appear on your screen thanking you for ordering with us. You will also be sent an order confirmation via the e-mail address you provided. Didn’t receive these confirmations?...Feel free to e-mail us at customersupport@tickledpinktots.com and we will immediately check to see if we received your order. You can also call us at 563-872-4530. If your card did not go through (you may have received a message stating “Bad Result Code String Null”) you may want to double check that you are entering your credit card information correctly (with no dashes in the credit card number). If your order still will not go through, we would greatly appreciate it if you would contact us. We will then take your order via telephone and we will also be able to check into why the order was not going through the system.
Is This Site Secure & Safe?
Tickled Pink tots is a SSL registered site and is 100% secure (we guarantee the credit card information you enter will be safe and is used strictly to process your card and is not saved in our system). On the checkout page (the page you enter your credit card information) there are TWO security features that MUST be present: (1) Look for the image of a closed padlock in the browser window (2) In the web address (located in the address bar at the top of the page), instead of the usual http://www.tickledpinktots.com the address will have an “s” following the http (which stands for security). So…on the checkout page…the web address will be https://www.tickledpinktots.com
How can I change or cancel my order?
If you would like to change or cancel your order, please e-mail us by clicking on the “Contact Us” link located at the top of the homepage within one hour of placing your order. Once your order has been processed the only modification that can be made is an address change.
What is the return and exchange policy?
Here at Tickled Pink Tots our number one goal is to make sure you love what you have ordered. We have taken great pride in selecting merchandise that is unique, beautiful, and on the forefront of the fashion world. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you may return it within 30 days of the original purchase date and we will gladly issue a credit card refund for the full cost (minus shipping and handling) of the unwashed, unworn, or defective merchandise. The merchandise must be returned in its original condition. Shipping charges will only be refunded if we’ve sent the wrong item or if the item is defective.
Returning an item:
1. Please fill out the "Return Form" that was included. If possible, please include the sales receipt as well.
2. If you have a moment, please provide a brief explanation of the reason for your return. It'll help to ensure that we are providing you with the best customer service possible.
3. Securely package the item(s).
4. Ship the package via USPS, UPS or insured parcel post to the following address:

Returns will be handled promptly. Look for a credit card refund to appear on your next billing statement.
Exchanging an Item:
1. Simply follow the return instructions above.
2. Go to our site, www.tickledpinktots.com and order the item(s) in the size you prefer. We do our exchanges in this manner so that as the customer, you know right away if the item you want to exchange is available in the size you are going to need
How do I order?
Ordering at Tickled Pink Tots is easy. From the product page, simply select the size of the item you would like and the quantity and click "Add". When you are finished shopping, click on the “Checkout” button at the top of the page and follow the instructions to check out. If you would like additional assistance placing an order, please click on the "Contact Us" link and we will respond via e-mail as quickly as possible.

How quickly will my order be processed?
Standard Delivery (3-5 business days): All orders received prior to 12:00 pm (CT), Monday through Friday, are processed within 1-2 business days upon credit card validation. Orders shipped standard delivery will be delivered via U.S.P.S within 3-5 business days after your order has been processed. Business days include Monday through Friday, excluding Holidays.
Express Delivery (1-2 business days): All orders received prior to 12:00 pm (CT) Monday through Friday, are processed same day upon credit card validation and delivered U.S.P.S. within 1-2 business days.
How do I know if an item is available?
The availability information on our site is the best, most current information we have. Because errors do occur, the information does not constitute a guaranteed promise of availability. When a product you ordered is not available for shipment, we will notify you as quickly as possible. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding.
How does sales tax work?
Tickled Pink Tots is required by law to charge sales tax in any state in which it has a physical presence. Since Tickled Pink Tots is located in Iowa, we must charge sales tax in that state. The tax rate applied for customers in Iowa is 7%.
What do I do if I have a defective item?
Here at Tickled Pink Tots we pride ourselves on our high standard of quality of our clothing. We inspect every item we have; however, sometimes we do miss something. We will always stand behind our products when there is a defect and provide a full refund for all unused, unworn merchandise. To make a return, follow the instructions under “Returns and Exchanges”. A refund should appear on your next billing statement.
