The Dreams Tutu Dress in fuchsia & cream is lavishly gorgeous! Made out of soft top quality tulle material (over 200 yards; made in the USA) with soft matching chiffon top that goes all the way around and ties into a big bow at the back.
This tutu has a soft chiffon layered skirt underneath that is sewed to the tutu dress.
The straps are made from pearl & lace material...a completely adorable look, complete with cream small roses across the front of the dress.
Make with non-roll elastic and is competely sewn together.
